SPOT results instructor access
When your course grades are finalized, numerical reports, domain summaries and commentary reports can be accessed at: https://tss-spot.srv.ualberta.ca/ 1. Log in with your CCID and password. 2. Under the "Reporting" navigation, select "My Reports". Please note if your class has less than 10 students, only the commentary report will be available. Effective immediately and in accordance with the Collective Agreement, the report that will be used by Department Chairs and FEC for the evaluation of teaching performance will include only the Questions and the Student Responses, expressed in terms of non-numerical responses and count of responses. As a reminder and in accordance with the Student Input to the Evaluation of Teaching and Learning Procedure and with approval of GFC, new SPOT questions were introduced in July 2023; and new methods of presenting the survey results will be considered by CLE.
