Installing and Signing into Adobe Acrobat Studio and Adobe Creative Cloud Pro Plus on macOS
Introduction
This article describes the steps to download, install, and license Adobe Acrobat Studio, Adobe Creative Cloud Pro Plus (user license), or Adobe Creative Cloud Pro Plus (shared device license) on a UofA Mac computer that is enrolled in the UofA's Mac management platform, Iru.
A user license is assigned to one user account and that account needs to be logged into the app(s) in order for them to work. For these licenses, you are allowed to login to only two devices, and only one of them can be active (i.e. if you open Acrobat Pro on one computer, you can't open it on the other computer at the same time).
A shared device license is assigned to one computer, and any user on that computer can use Creative Cloud and associated apps after signing in with an Adobe account.
Applicability
This article applies to UofA staff and faculty members using a UofA owned Mac computer enrolled in Iru.
If you have a personal Mac or a UofA owned Mac that is not enrolled in Iru, please see this KB.

If you need to request/purchase a license for any of the software below, please see this KB article.
