A $500 residence deposit is required to secure your place in Residence. This deposit is transferred to Bear Tracks as a credit on your Residence and Meal Plan Accounts. The credit will then be applied to the first outstanding residence changes on your student account. For most students, it will be applied to your first month's rent.
