Applying co-op work permit for PharmD work placement - Faculty of Pharmacy (Undergraduate)

Once you have received and accepted your offer of admission to the Doctorate of Pharmacy program, you can contact us at uab.ca/portal to request a letter to use for your Co-op Work Permit application. This letter is called a Verification of Practicum Program Registration. You can refer to the University of Alberta International (UAI) website for information on the Co-op Work Permit application process or contact the UAI office directly for additional support.
