Students with planned or unplanned absences that are missing term work worth greater than 5% of the total grade or a Final Exam, must complete an Excused Absence Request Form. The completed form is to be submitted through the Student Service portal.

Planned absences will only be considered if the request was submitted within 2 weeks of the start of Fall or Winter classes and within 3 days of the start of Spring or Summer classes. Students with a planned or unplanned absence that are missing term work worth 5 % or less are to contact the instructor directly as soon as they are able to.
