When using the TEMS CGI Portal off campus you will require a different VPN Context. This article will show you how to request access to the @TEMS VPN context.

Internal Analysts and TEMS account users
Procedure
Users should put a ticket in to have VPN access requested using Freshservice
1. Select Staff Services Catalog
2. Locate the UWS & Network Section
3. Select VPN Users
4. Fill out the details as outlined below and make sure to add your email address or the users email address into the "Users to be Added or Removed" field. Select Place Request to complete the request.
