Introduction
Local desktop printers can be set up by any user since they connect to the computers using USB.

Procedure
Basic Information
Local (Desktop) printers are not connected to the Internet in any way and they can only be connected through USB.
- This a smaller printer that sits on a desk in an office and is usually only used by one person
- The machine may have options to connect through Wi-Fi but printers are not allowed to be connected through UWS
- UWS is a public network, so any device handling confidential information cannot be connected wirelessly
