Introduction

This article will walk you though downloading software purchased though OnTheHub.

Applicability

Any user who is downloading software that they have purchased though OnTheHub.

Procedure

1. Visit ualberta.onthehub.com and select Sign In in the top right hand corner of the page.

2. Enter your UAlberta email address and Password and click Sign In.

3.Click on your name, in the top right corner, then select Your Account/Orders.

4. Select the Orders & Downloads tab and click View Details

5. Click Download
