For more information on Duo, see Authenticate with Duo Security.
3. If you have do not have an email or mobile phone reset option set up you will have the option to add both. Although only one reset option is required, it is still recommended to add both in order to have a back up.
Select your preferred option by selecting either + Add Email or + Add Phone.
Note: The mobile phone reset option is only available to Canadian phone numbers.

4. If you have a previous self service option that you would like to update or delete, select Edit or Delete to the right of your SSPR option.

5. Fill out the form that appears, then select Update.
6. Depending on the SSPR method you selected, you will be sent either a text message or an email with a verification code.
7. Enter the code in the form and select Update.
If you do not receive an email or text message, select the resend option to have another one sent.
8. After entering the verification code, you will receive a message indicating that your chosen SSPR method was successful and verified. You can now use your email or phone number to reset your password in the future.
